Couple highly impressed
I can't forget how the staff, especially at the Garden Bar, went out of their way to ensure we felt special. The breakfast was just amazing, even the tea and coffee were served with such style.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but honestly, the quality made it worth it.

The sheer professionalism of the staff coupled with the genuine friendliness of all staff we came into contact with. They were extremely helpful. Having travelled extensively around the Globe this is the first hotel that I have found to be excellent.
The only possible downside was the lack of a mini bar, but thats not a hardship really with so good a room service.

The hotel was more than beautiful. We would definitely stay there again if visiting Killarney and will absolutely recommend it to our friends. The room had a fireplace, a beautiful large bathroom, and was very spacious. The gourmet breakfast was delicious. We had dinner at Chapter 40 (great food and service) which was within walking distance.

All the staff members are extremely helpful and caring. There is a huge variety of good food for breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent, short walk to resteraunt as well as the main restaurant and the bar. And it's by Deenagh River...
Nothing, all great.

The staff welcomed us warmly. Our room was luxurious, with a beautiful balcony, and the food was really good-dinner in the bar was particularly nice with some of the best duck I've ever had. The bathroom fogged up quickly after a shower was good, and we encountered some minor noise disturbances during the night.

Lovely and obliging staff, it was memorable stay.
The classic twin room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was fantastic with good view.

Staff were very pleasent and very well presented. Luckily got bumped up to a suite. Very comfortable. There was no rush in checking out, normally if checkout time is 12 the phone is hopping at 12.01 to tell you it's time to check out. We left the room over half hour after checkout, no smart remarks made about our time keeping. Very relaxed atmosphere.
Just stayed the one night, so can't fault anything about the hotel.

Spending a couple of nights here was a great experience. The breakfast options were excellent, offering fresh and varied choices that stood out as the best we had during our trip. The location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions, and we appreciated the cozy fireplace in our room, providing a nice atmosphere for relaxation. We did find that the library area was a bit too busy on our last night, which wasn’t the vibe we anticipated.

Killarney Park was excellent. The staff are remarkable, rooms are excellent, food was excellent. Best hotel I have ever stayed in would recommend anyone to stay here 10/10.
For such a luxurious hotel the chairs were very worn, this took the luxurious feel away whilst dining.
